THe boat ramp next to Millie's is Little Jacob Creek (COE) closed due to shut down. Boat ramps 1 and 6 on southside and the inter boat ramp in Jacobs Creek park ($6.00) is open

The answering machine at the Canyon Lake Corp of Engineering office has not changed. I just called, and the answer is that everything is still shut down,......until the government shut down ends.
Heck, do I have to run up there and check myself? Is there a TFF member that lives there? What's going on?
Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.

I just spoke with Garland (the nice guy at the Canyon COE office). He said they are there, working hard at opening everything, as we speak. Should be open by the time someone gets there, from San Antonio.
Need to improve my LMB fishing, running out of time.
