Vern the head is trans gold with gold glitter added in.The chenille is closer to the color than the picture shows as the lighting is real bad today here with all the cloud cover so not much natural light ha ha.
Chugr there is flake in the chenille just the light isn't picking it up.

That is hard to get metal flake to show with a camera.
How do others get it to show up in their pictures?
The light is bouncing off the flake, maybe it's movement somehow?

It's not really that hard if the lighting is right. In this shot the body metallic look comes through

But the head has a mix of red, dark copper & gold glitter that doesn't show up much.
Then in this one, the lighting is just adequate enough to pick up the metallic gold in the head under the candy coating & the blue & red tinsel In the body.

It's all about the light!
