My new boat has a 24V Minnkota Riptide on the front. I have used it a couple of times and noticed that if I run it full bore for more than a minute it trips a 4oAmp in line breaker that was installed when i bought it.
My solution was to take out the 40Amp breaker and install an inline 60Amp breaker. I wanted to check and see if anyone thought i was creating a bigger problem with a 60Amp breaker there vs a 40.
Thanks in advance for any feedback
