Catching dinks in 9 FOW over brush, about 5ft down, jigs and minnows working the same. 1 outta 5 is barely a keeper. Keeps me entertained.

I caught two crappie over 12" fishing during the Turning Point Nation kids tourney last Saturday. 13 FOW and caught them on 1 ounce chartreuse slab over brush. The helped the kid take 1st place for the crappie species division. He would have taken first place in the sand bass division too but you can only take 1st in one division. Big fat healthy crappie in Hubbard.
