Had not been on the lake in a while. So went with Tex44 to see if the lake was through turning over. It is in full swing. Lotz of foam looked at humps and ridges and nobody home. Did not look at shallow points which is where they probally are at. Beautiful day on the water . Did find one good thing . They are bringing water in from cedar creek and richland chambers. Of course they are letting out 84 cfs so we are not gaining anything. Almost seven ft. low. We maybe getting close to turnover through . It did not stink very bad.

Was on the water from 9 til 2. Only found 3 fish. They were near the dam caught trolling a slab. Saw some huge schools of gizzard shads.

when do does it get better fishing there, sandies or catfish? thanks.
