Hey guys, just wanted to pop in and say hi. Some might recall I was planning a move to the ozarks in Missouri near Bull Shoals, and 3 months ago I made the move. I'm living in a simple mobile home on top of a hill with an awesome view and chickens in my back yard. Quite a change of pace from living in DFW

Anyway, I'm still yakking in my Pescador. Bull Shoals is a big lake and I have barely begun to explore my local arm of the lake. I live near Theodosia which claims to be the 'record bass capital of Missouri' but so far I have not seen any big bass. Mostly I have been catching loads of bluegill because I can't find anything else to catch.



Sorry I didn't get to meet more of you guys before I left, and I definitely appreciate all the help and advice I've gotten from this forum. Stay safe on the water.

You could be chasing some trout.

Trout is definitely on my list, as well as walleye. i think I'm going to take up fly fishing too.
