I have a casting mojo bass rod that I got for Christmas last year and I noticed the other day that the plastic ring inside the very last eye is gone all that is left is the main metal ring. When ever I reel in my line it is very loud and I think it might be fraying up my braid. I think I have the silver star warranty on it but I don't think that this is worth sending it in for. Is their any way I can fix it my self or does anyone think that it is worth sending it in for repair?

Thanks for the replies I will most likely do that but how do you replace the rod tip without messing anything up.
