Don't use a Corps ramp. What ramp would you suggest with the water being so low?

You may be a non-essential government employee if you spell government "goverment" as it is spelled on the sign shown on the office doors.

LOL @ BUbass903
Try Big Cypress Marina. They told me they were good to go, even with the low water.
They even have camping I believe, though it's not as improved I don't believe as the Corps areas.

They aren't the brightest group.....I've spoken to them on the phone...several times. Bowhunterman, what do you think of their spelling?

Can someone confirm the ramp at Big Cypress Marina?
I called them on the phone yesterday and they said they were open, but I haven't been able to make it out there.

I called them on the phone yesterday and they said they were open, but I haven't been able to make it out there. Tom is a good guy (owner). Pretty darn good burger too! Yes, I heard a buddy of mine say he called and Tom said the ramp was open. They do have a big bike rally there this weekend....so it might be a tad crowded. My guess is...with the low water, the ramp will be tight! I don't think a barge or anything could put in.

The spelling error doesn't surprise me at all, but damn it is funny! Hell, I figured that when the GOVERMENT employees went out to lock the gates on the lake, there were probably a few of them seeing a few of those ramps for the first time! Probably had to use a map to find most of them.

Has anyone confirmed that the cedar springs ramp is locked up? Buddy posted a pic of there Tuesday. They had a sign up, but gates weren't locked.
