I bought a new Ford and had some problems. Basschamps stepped up in a big way and took care of me. A big thanks to Chad and the basschamps staff.

A great example of why its best to contact the organization and let them know when you have an issue and give them an honest chance to help correct it. There is a reason Bass Champs are so good. Its not by accident.

They are not a Ford dealership, but yet still helped get it done. That says a lot about their character and the connections they have outside of only worrying about their own business. I know Chad and Jeff have helped get me who or what I needed from time to time on stuff outside of the boat business. You can pick your friends, you can't pick your family.... Always good to surround your self with good friends, and those boys are some of my best.
Good job!
Jeff

Doesn't sound like a champs problem. But sounds like a dealer problem

Good for basschamps. Its a shame that Basschanps have to clean up dealership problems but its good they did and honered the advertised special they're running.

Had a problem also getting the proper paperwork after the sale to ensure my free entries emailed Bryan @ Champs and he took care of everything very quickly

Good for Bass Champs. I walked on deal last week when the dealer wanted to pull the same thing. I have never fished BC but I convinced my partner to do so if I bought a new Ford. Still looking and was going to try the dealership in San Angelo next. Maybe we will make after all.

Retirement best job ever.
