Me and Rainman decide to go over to proctor this morning and tried out the early morning bite and I think we had a pretty good day. Probably the best I've done at proctor in awhile. A lot of dinks but was still a lot of fun and the beautiful weather just made it better!

Caught a few in the 4 FOW but most were caught in between 6 and 10 and they were plum full of shad

i think everything in proctor stays full of shad...never seen as many shad as there is in proctor... thumb

It got tough finding shad for awhile but right now they are all balled up at all sorts of depth

Nice! My grandpa used to take me camping at procter as a kid. Its actually the first lake I caught a bass from.

It was a tuff morning on the lake, Proctor is a pain to fish in a north wind (for me that is) but we gave it a heck of a try. I lost two nice ones at the boat. I may try again Sunday morning. Not sure about the wind.
