 Lake closures due to government Shutdown?

Anyone know if any lakes are completly closed due to the government shutdown? I know many parks are closed, but I was told that some lakes were completely closed. My friend said a game warden told him that no boats were allowed on Lake Belton, but I couldn't find anything about it online.

I am not aware of any boat ramps other than COE ramps on Lake Belton. A couple, but they are way outta water.

Ray Roberts ramps are open, it is a long way down them to the water, b ut they are all still in good working order, watch for sand bars out in the lake!

I thought most of the lakes were state jurisdiction not federal?
