Recently I had a issue with the seat in my Ultimate 12. Even though I didn't buy it from Mariner Sales, Mike was more than happy to contact Legacy Paddlesports on my behalf. Within in a few days I had a new seat base and seat cover being shipped to my front porch. I now have a completely rebuilt seat ready for another 1000 miles of paddling.

I will be the first to tell you I'm not the smartest of the group. I will however say that I've learned a company without team work is a company that will struggle.
