i was wondering how much do u get fined for poaching fish, undersized,oversized, or over limit, http://myfwc.com/news/news-releases/2013/march/06/redfish-gigged/ , guy in the article got fined 1000 for 2 over the limit reds, and gigging

The article states that Bartlett forfeited his equipment to FWC. I'm assuming that was boat, motor, the whole shebang!

I also believe you forfeit your license for at least that current year, and I believe some future years. Deserves all of it, greedy douche.

by the way the article says 33 reds including undersized, also the punishment is much more than a thousand dollars. The article says 5 thousand for both guys, one guys lost his stuff, and got 30 days in jail. I still think he deserves it all.
