step one ....open a modelo especial ...add a lime wedge thumb
step two ....open a bag of "Fresh Take" from Kraft woot
(in this case we chose the smokey mesquite bar b q version)
step three ....place crumbs on crappie fillets
step four ....sprinkle the cheese over the crumbs
step five...bake until golden brown at 375 degrees for 20 minutes
(repeat step one while baking said crappie fish)
step six ....put on warm corn tortilla ...
step seven ...garnish as needed ...
step eight ....consume food

I like to grill them but bake will do for the times I am too lazy to fire up the grill. smile

My kids bought me a small gas grill that fits on the side of my boat for my birthday. So now I can grill a few on the lake while I am catching them for the noon or supper meal. smile
