Just got one in Longview. They had about 20 left. I told the counter man about what i was reading on here, he grabbed 2 & put them under the counter for himself. H swears they cast as well as the Revos & Curados he was buying.

A guy at academy told me the H2o mettle was being discontinued and being replaced by the new Mettle 2 and would then cost $69.95.

There is a bunch of them at store in Norman. If your really want them just have academy transfer them to your local store. They should honor the sale price

Hey Guys, for any of you still interested in these reels North Richland store has lot.
Went ahead & bought me one for $29.98.
Ran into a guy that uses them all the time and said I would be kicking myself in the pants for not getting one now.
