Headed out to lake hawkins this weekend anybody give me any ideas where to fish. Never been there before.

Went last week for the first time in years. Caught most of mine running the banks by the pads, pitching plastic at the edge, water is really clear.

Look for schooling fish near the dam. You probably won't catch any giants but you should be able to wear the paint off a rattle trap.
