I have a friend who does them that way. It's quick, but it distorts the fillet a little. I prefer my fillet knife.

that is how I do it, it is easier, I think, not sure its any quicker tho.

interesting. I think Ill mess my fillet up doing it that way.

Ive never cleaned a sea trout but that seems like alot of waist doing it that way.Just looks that way.
