I'm taking a vacation trip and I've been wanting to fish Grand lake OK. I've never been there and would appreciate any information regarding areas to fish.

This time of year, mid lake usually produces the best. Sailboat bridge to Governor's Island. Since May, they have been out in deep brush piles, but they should start moving soon once it starts cooling off. If you know your dates, PM me and I can give you the most recent reports.

if you are going more into the fall, there will be a very good lipless crankbait bite. just about any flatter chunk bank will hold fish. if you find brush also, that makes it better. also check the back of the creeks. you will catch a bunch of whites doing this, but there will be plenty of blacks there also.
