Wipe it down at the ramp. BTS once a month at home. Gotta use something that has UV protection in it. Not just about the shine, about long lasting good looks. Parked my truck in the drive and the boat in the garage to make sure it lasts and always looks good.

do y'all buff the BBS or BTS after you spray it on, or just wipe it off? I usually wait until I get the boat home to spray it on, but if I dont buff it off I always get a cloudy finish. I figure its still protecting fine, but the boat doesnt shine as much.

I figure its still protecting fine, but the boat doesnt shine as much. Spray it on on damp rag and wipe the boat. Follow-up right behind with a quick buff with a clean, dry towel -- works great and you use less bbs than if you spray it directly on the boat.

Get you some "Hot Sauce" from Boat Bling. I have tried other brands and the Hot Sauce is by far the best that I have used to get the water spots off. Just got BoatBling.net and give them a try.

Windex has ammonia in it. Be careful it will remove your wax.Pro Tec twice a year. It also has UV inhibitors. Pro Tec Showroom Conditioner for a quick detail. TFF members get a discount with Pro Tec.
