Was in there yesterday and they had a couple of 6wt's marked down to $112 or so if anyone is looking.

What else did the discontinue? Maybe thats why I had such a hard time finding an 8'6" BVK??
 It's more than the catfish would do.

Just to clarify -
The TiCr series was discontinued a few years ago. The TiCr X is still current as are all the models of the BVK - including both 8'6" 4- and 5-weight rods.

The TFO TiCrX has NOT been discontinued.
I don't know what Cabela's is doing with their inventory, but TFO has not discontinued the TiCrX.
I like those rods too.

I don't know what they're doing but I'm glad they are. I picked up a 6wt w/fighting butt for the wife for $125.

TICR X is still active. Maybe those 6wts just weren't selling. We'll occasionally drop the price on something just to move it out of inventory. I don't see it much on TFO rods...but more on our Cabela's branded rods..
