Yesterday I could not believe the fish didn't really turn till it hit 100 degree's. The crappie are so weird this year that I just can't wrap my head around it.

Can't speak for anyone, but as of for me... I'm one lucky dude when it comes to crappie fishing lately. Nothing more nor less... No need to even guess. No need to debate or evaluate....just pure luck!

No I actually I suck at it. I've only been crappie fishing for a year and a half actually, you just don't tell anybody when you catch fishing any more Stuckey.

8-12ft brushpiles over here at Cedar Creek aren't terrible right now. Though I will say, it's hard to watch my line when sweat beads keep falling on my sunglass lenses.

these aint crappie flies brother ...
these is them biting flies ....
I needed a big bushy tail by golly ....
they was after my legs like there was dinner bell ....
the only good thing about that front that came thru....
the flies left....but so did the fish to some degree as well
