We still got some white turtle slabs smile
I still think that belong to rsrlures when he first start on slabs business! Or may be he sold the business to current rsr owner!

I just wondering how long did rsrlures in business? And how long rsrlures got famous? ( I buy alot slabs and jig head from rsrlures at fun n sun boat show)

I can't say for sure when Ron and Sylvia Ratley started RSR Lures.
I do know that we purchased the company from them in March of 2010.
I didn't see anything like that when we cleaned out Ron's garage, but who knows...
If someone wants to send me one of those, I can probably re-create the mold and make them available in small runs.

I remember the slab but I can't remember the name of it to save my life. Some of the guys I used to sand bass fish with used them and swore by them but I never bought any for some reason.

Thank you Chris! I am very close with rsr but still wrong is wrong smile
They sent us some sample but we never catch any fish with it. At that time TNT 180 are so famous and that all we used. Then moetackle and rsrlures are take over slabs business with cheap slabs and awesome customer service!

Hi Emile,

This is the last information I have on RJR. If you are unable to read it I will shoot you an PM with the phone number. My last order was about 3-4 years ago. Yes they do catch fish.

Blessings,

Jim

Thank you so much Jim. Is the area code a 972? the rest I can see. thanks. Here is another pic I found of the "Beast"! Hopefully I can get some of these long gone lures. They lasted me quite a few years and that's probably why they quit making them. Not enough repeat business I guess. Too bad.

I got that picture from an old post. Slabmaker used to make these lures back in 2008. I bought 2 combo packs which included one of each design. Those lures lasted till I broke off this past outing. Too bad I didn't stock up.
