Does Lakeview give out annual passes? If so, that'd be a WHOLE lot cheaper depending on how often you go. Or they'd charge $400 for one. Lol

Jason you guys do a great job at lake veiw and have came along way with everything! People would complain if it was free! They have to be able to pay the extra people that they have to bring in to work the holidays!

If you don't like paying for Eagle Mountain there is always Lake Worth, Bridgeport, and Marine Creek for free close by. There is also Grapevine, Benbrook, Ray Roberts, Arlington, joe Pool, and Amon Carter, etc. a little farther away. There are a lot of lakes within an hour of Fort Worth that are either free or cheaper. I say stop complaining, or buy some waterfront property and build your own ramp. I'm sure that would save you a lot of money as long as you fished every day and lived 3000 years.

The same or in some cases much better fishing than EM. Blows my mind that a great lake like Fork with a true chance at a DD has so many great free ramps and other lakes do not. Actually have a damn good ramp with secure parking about 50yds from my front door.

I just think it is ludicrous to charge different amounts of money for certain days of the week. As far as the extra cost to help pay for the extra employees you have for the extra people on certain days. Unfortunately that's the cost of doing business sometimes. This was just posted to help other people that might be fishing the tournament to know ahead of time what to expect before they showed up at 5 a.m. And were hit with holiday launch fee increases. I feel$10 is reasonable, but to double or triple launch will only hurt your business for first time users of your facility because they likely wouldn't return.

Once again hoodoobaits it's allways been $15 dollars on the weekends. Everybody on the lake went up to 20.00 every day as far as privately owned marina. It's business . We did not go up on our prices. There has been signs posted for 2 months on the holiday prices.

Jason runs an honest business and i have not seen the signs change on prices for quite some time. internet rumors can be vicious and misleading. everyone please check things out for themselves before posting opinions that might hurt someones business. its about respect. Thanks Clint Farris

I have launched at your facility many times in the past and as the tournament director of my club we have done several tournaments out of there in the past. my point was not to bash your facility but to let other people that were fishing the tournament out of there that might not have had the chance to see signs that were posted ( like myself ) to be aware before showing up. I wish you the best with your business and as I said before this was not intended to bash your business, but to educate everyone on the amount of the launch fees. I personally don't fish the lake except for tournaments because of the expensive ramp fees all over the lake.

I could see in the future why every tournament should be out of twin points. A whole lot more parking, cheaper, more docking opportunities, and it's out of a strong south wind.

How is it contradicting? Basically saying that I have done launching from there in the past and probably would've again yesterday until i heard of the increase just because of the holiday. nothing against his business I will just do all of my future launching on that lake from at Twin Points. I was only trying to do what I would hope other fellow fisherman would do and help the next guy out with a heads up on the launch fee.

I've got one question. Up until 4 years ago I could launch for free at Eagle Mountain. Just right next door to Lakeview Marina. While it did not have someone manning the parking area because it was just a dead end road, I was okay with that.
What happened? Who took the ramp away? It was a ramp that I enjoyed for free and so did a lot of others. To be honest I don't know, but have associated the loss of the ramp with Lakeview which is right next door. It could accommodate 15 trucks and trailers.
The ramps literally touched they were that close btw for those that don't know. 10 and 15 bucks is to rich for my blood. Guys, I personally believe the Marinas don't really care about what fisherman want. They got all the party boat type folks that are more than filling the void of us not using the expensive launches.

If your talking about the ramp just north of lake view by that marina with the jagged wall. You may want to go by and look at that beast of a ramp that's all tore up and gone.
