I just wanted to brag on Team Catfish customer service. I only buy a couple hundred bucks worth of Team Catfish products a year, but you would have thought I was their best customer. I made an order last Friday and received my order yesterday. All was fine except I got 1 oz no rolls instead of 2 oz. I sent an email last night explaining the situation and that I would keep the 1 oz . I asked them to send me the 2oz and just Bill the same credit card. Everything was taken care of first thing this morning and I even added some more to my order. Can't ever have too many fish grips or double action hooks. So, I thank them for taking care of my situation in a very timely manner and being extremely nice on the phone.

Jeff runs an A+ operation . I have only dealt with them twice... Not sure if it was Jeff that I spoke with or not, but it was a super nice gentlemen and took care of my order. Team Catfish = Good people running a good operation!!
