Well "Ready to throw" (or troll), no question, any freshwater location, always Rapala original F-5, F-7, or F-9,silver/black or older fire tiger pattern in northern waters.

Root Beer Rogue on the real fishing rod. But if I just have to catch a fish, or the first fish, a bumble bee pattern (black/yellow) Roostertail is as good as any fish finder.

For Bass, my red Cotton Cordell Super Spot....much like a Rattle Trap but with a tighter wiggle. For anything that swims, a floating Rapala Minnow....small, medium or large depending on what I'm chasing and how aggressive they are.
