Still continue to catch some good stripers on PK. Bite was early this day and shutdown early too. Nice to watch those poles bend over in half  .

You might ask Randy who taught him to deadstick? I caught these stripers dead sticking. Put a live bait on and put it in the holder .

Michael, maybe I got confused, maybe what Randy actually said was that you were probably the best dead sticker he knew. By the way even though we have never met it might be to your advantage to know that on occasions I could be full of ... well you get the idea.

The problem Is no one ever really taught me to dead stick....my ADD kicks in ....
Dead sticking is almost impossible for me ..lol

Mike Acosta showed me the finer points of dead sticking plastics in the cold weather several years ago. I fished for ocean stripers in the northeast and didn't have a clue how to catch them here in the winter. I thank him every time I have sore arms and shoulders in December.
