I had to deliver some jigs to harbor bay marina store this morning so i figured i would fish for a bit even though the water level is 5ft down and it is still hot. Well...not a whole lot to report, caught some tater chips and saw a few taters come out on minnows. The shad are starting to move in and some smaller crappie. Hopefully the bigger ones are not to far behind. The water is about 11ft deep at the end of the 2nd barge. Getting closer day by day, just need some rain!
