I have a trolling motor that will run on 12 or 24v. Today it would only run on 12v. Any ideas on what the problem could be ?

could either mean the 12/24 switch couldve gone out, connection to the second battery is bad, or one of your batteries are bad.

sometimes it's also the plug or the receptacle. they are known for shorting out.
check the volts at the plug, it will tell you what's going on.
