As most of you know Tracker Marine takes care of its fishermen! I have been having issues with my jack plate for quite sometime now, and there were things that I did that seemed to help it along. Well I finally just gave in and decided that it was time for a new one and drop the $$$$ on one. Well before I did that Gary said lets have Trey have a look just to make sure that is what is needed. Well guess what, I just happen to have a silly wire issue and my jack plate is back to working the way it is suppost to. After that I just happened to notice another issue under the lid and they ordered the parts which arrived the next am and fixed it too. Nothing but great people and great customer service at Tracker. Thank you Gary and Trey!
