My partner and I had a good day yesterday in our monthly club tournament. Best 5 went for 29 and change including a 8.7 and a 6.63. The big girls were chomping for sure on RC  . Lots of bass moving up and chasing shad, this full moon and cooler weather had them feeling a little frisky I guess.

The RCBC (Richland Chambers Bass Club) is a very fun venue. You fish as individuals even though your in the same boat, 3 fish limits per person, then they add your weights for the team prizes. It pays 1st place big bass, 2 nd place big bass, and 1st place team total. We started fishing it this year. We do 1 tourney a month, Jan- Dec. Great bunch of fishermen and are a blast to hang out with after weigh in. Anyone down in that area ought to check it out. RCBC

I live in Houston so I wont be fishing up that way.....just curious how deep they were and what kind of techniques and lures you were using?

Good job! I hope to go there soon to fill a cooler with Sand Bass! It's one of the best around here for that.
