Is that a Cooper's hawk? They prey on the doves in my back yard.

I am thinking juvenile Red tailed. Judging mostly from the size to eliminate the other two common East texas Hawks.
It was just off the driveway and was reluctant to give up
its prize( cat squirrel )
I took several pics, but that one turned out the best.
