Can anyone give me some ideas I can make the 4 to 8 oz with conduit, lead and stainless wire but I have always fished 200yds just recently moved up to bigger reel and line now I at 500yd last time I hit the surf the sea weed killed me any suggestions

Check out the site in my siggy, Charlie has very good weights cheaper than you can make them, and he is a good guy to boot.
