doesn,t this forum have an alternate fishing section for folks that like to trotline, jugline, limbline, or noodle to be able to post and share methods and experiences? The catfish forum is good, but seems to be mostly an R&R forum.

Plenty of us set lines and all the other good stuff. Matter of fact I just set some on the river, headed out in the mornin to check em.

Post your trip!! Usually liners dont get any flack unless they are showing pics of a bunch of large fish they kept!! nothing wrong with it but i believe the majority on here practice cpr and dont appreciate really large fish not being released, though it is legal on most lakes.
