6,000-15,000 you are out of your mind. They are pets they have ear tags in the pics I bet if you whistle they come running. Sad sad sad Get real, I also have a high fence and yes they have tags in there ears. We turned 15 bucks loose five years ago and have only killed two of them, one being over 230 inches. We never had a picture of this deer at any feeder so your way of thinking is not even close to the truth. I killed a deer last year in Ohio that scores 447in, when people see it on my wall they say "high fence or not it's a friggin bruiser". And for the record, I have killed a free range 200 in whittail in Texas and four in the 180-198 range so I've done the low fence deal. For me it's all about the money and Having that tall fence makes me alot of it.

Interesting. I've never heard of a "pet deer" before. Maybe it is similar to herding cats. Great photos!
Fish on hook! Reel him in, slowly.

21xs....where in Texas, did you kill 4 free range deer, in the 200 class; was that on some high dollar, huge, game managed range and 447 inches....is that deer in the world record book somewhere...? And I assume it was a non-typical?

And I assume it was a non-typical? One of them is 196 7/8 killed on my inlays ranch south of Spur in Dickens county. One of the the 180's came of there other ranch in Kent county near Jayton. Neither of these places had ever been hunted. The two other deer came 10 miles south of San Angelo that was a family place that we own and the neighboring 9k acres has never been hunted. Those two deer were killed when I was a senior in high school 18 yrs ago and yes they were officially scored. Now about the 447, I have a picture of this deer alive and in the velvet, I killed this deer and he broke tines off and about 6 inches of his right main beam. That main beam is still covered in mud and stained. He is at a taxidermist shop in Bronte Tx if anyone is passing thru go in and take a look. His horns are on the form and being repaired. He has 61 scoreable points. I'd be happy to email pics or come by Liake Ivie and take a tour through my house, I have 458in Bull elk, addax, scimitar, huge fallow etc. email me at cwoods@zipnet.us, I'd be more than happy to send pics.

call it what you will...he is not definitely not anywhere near the top of the list for QB's that I would choose needing a FG or touchdown drive late in the game.

I want to see pics of your 447" buck. I have pictures of a buck my buddy raised that was just a little over 440 inches. It was killed last winter
