Soccer parents have any of y'all on those days driving by those ponds at Mckinish park wondered if there is any fish there. Well I'm one of those soccer parents. Should I tak a rod next time or not. Has anyone ever fished those ponds????

A friend of mine fished the bigger pond on the left of the entrance for about 5 minutes and caught a 4 pounder... Might be worth trying!

What's deal with Kayaks on the other side of the bridge, is that a private company. I loved to fish when the old man had the bait shop, sure miss going to the spot

If it's legal ain't no way in hell it's catch and release, it's CATCH & GREASE, except ROUGH (TRASH) Fish

Yep. Park at their place, they'll drive you, drop you, put you in the water and pick you up.

Trinity River Kayak

Fish eat things. I'll put things in the water that fish like to eat. I'll attach these things to a hook, line, rod, and reel. How hard can this be?
