Wanting to take a trip to catch some specks and reds the weekend of October 5th out of Galveston. I will be going with my dad who loves fishing but doesn't get a chance to very much so I want it to be a good trip where a lot of fish are caught. I will be taking a fisherman who is pretty new to salt so the guide will have to be able to teach new techniques, etc. on the trip. Any guide recommendations will be appreciated.

Give Brent Jaurez a call. He'll be on some super solid fall fish by then. Brent is a standup guy and fun to be around as well as will help your buddy get started.
