Im sure everyone else is already doing this but... when i add my flourocarbon to my baitcasters i always some cheap backing on the reels for filler line. at this point ive always used two clinch knots to tie the lines together. i didnt like this because the tag ends always stuck up causing a bigger bump than the knots did. i started using the double uni knot ...

the tag ends lay vertically with the line and results are a very smooth knot
