Guys,
I have never fished this lake and it is pretty close to home. Arrowhead is my usual summertime lake but I am not crazy about beating it up while it is so low.
Can someone please let me know how the ramp conditions are, and give me recommendations on which one to use? I would also appreciate if someone would give me some general information on patterns, baits, or any help. Please feel free to PM me if you do not want to post your info on the thread. I am not fishing any upcoming tournaments. I am just looking to try some place new close to home.
Thanks in advance!!!!!
Justin

Lake is real low too. I say use the old side ramp @ Selma Park. Fishing is ROUGH right now. . . really rough. Really shallow through the tunnel but still can pass through. Just Trim UP or the skeg will be eatin! As far as pattern. .. Yellow magic in the early early morning and a tx rig baby brush hog. New side they are spread out so just go fish. No real pattern out there right now!

Thanks Josh! Any deepwater spots or offshore structure to fish on the new side? Not asking for the spot just curious if I should spend sometime on the Lowrance away from the bank.
Thanks Again, JRJ

The new side is very clear and alot of rocks and timber. There should be some good offshore fishing right now. Ive had luck out there this time of year fishing deep with cranks and c-rigs. Good luck!

I would use the selma park ramp If I was you. The fishing right now has been super tough for me I haven't found a consistent pattern in a few weeks. Be careful driving through the tunnel It is extremely shallow at both entries.

Is the Selma ramp still in the water? I watched the southwest outdoors report and the guy said he had to take his small tracker 180 and did not recommend putting the bass boat on the lake until we got some rain. Want to take a trip up there this weekend, but do not want it to be a wasted trip either. Any info would be appreciated.
Thanks,
