South of Texas Island is loaded with grass. The most I've seen ever on this end of the lake.

It is 14-20+ ft in places south of mill creek - north of there it grows out to around 12-13.

i find the spotty patches of grass in 23-26 fow on my side imaging most of the time, everyone i have found has fish in it....most of the time i stumble upon them idling around scanning on my way to a fishing spot......there are 3 places in housen i have found this deep grass in, one place in six mile (but have not fished much) and 8 spots in mill creek i have found

The good solid grass from what I seen is soon as you hit 15 feet its there anywhere we went from the Damn up to Indian Mounds area on both sides of the Lake seen some spotty grass deeper than 15 not a whole lot.

I fished grass in 22' on Tuesday. I dont think he means matted. The hydrilla i was fishing topped out at 17'. It was on the end of a short ridge that came to a point. I was using Mr. Harper's power dropshot....thanks Donald.
