I myself have used that ramp many many times. The ramp is rough to say the least, but I have no problem at all putting my tracker in, and have never had any problem whatsoever with vandalism. Haven't been there in 3 or 4 months, but will be there Monday evening, any recent reports guys?

I'd be interested how your fishing goes Monday, Jigflipper. Hadn't fished for anything but catfish lately out here, but like I said, i'd be interested how the fish are biting. Looking to hit the lake to fish with a buddy this week!

I have used that ramp with a friends boat but would never launch my 20 ft boat on that ramp.

Did indeed fish Mcqueeney Monday night. Tried the deep bluffs by the dam to no avail, and pitching the docks was no better. Once the sun started to go down though, had some pretty aggressive bites by the power plant on Zoom Finesse worms. Ended up with a dozen or so, but most of them were dinks I would have expected from Dunlap. I REALLY need to find out where the bigger fish hang on that lake! Going again Saturday night, will keep y'all posted.

Fished that lake from 1984 to last public ramp closed in the late 90's. Best action was always around the big lily pad field north of that bridge to Treasure Island, shallow cranks through the clear trails, flipping worms in the holes and late afternoon dragging weedless spoons with trailers over the thicker pads. THOSE WERE THE DAYS. Would like to get back in there but don't want to chance dinging my Basscat.

Change that direction from north of the bridge to southeast of the bridge to get to the lily pad field.
