Can you still launch at Twin Coves? I haven't fished grapevine in a few years but we used to be able to take the turn off right before the entrance to the park and launch tubes and bassbusters off the bank down there. Is this area still accessible? Also what are the rules regarding access to the ramp at Twin Coves? It used to be that unless you were staying in the park overnight you couldn't access the ramp.
Any updates?

There is a pay gate right when you turn off the main road into the park, it is 5 dollars for the day pay by credit card. But you have access to the whole park, no overnight stays allowed as of yet

The pay gate by the road was a surprise to me. I drove there one morning expecting a free launch into flooded timber. No more. You can also purchase an annual pass. I think it was $50 for non residents. It runs January through December though. Maybe next year.
Fish eat things. I'll put things in the water that fish like to eat. I'll attach these things to a hook, line, rod, and reel. How hard can this be?
