Thanks guys! Today was a ghost town. I saw two other boats on the water all day. A Jon boat and a pontoon. Kinda nice, we catfished today. Got a limit and even caught our hybrid on cut bait! I'll put some pics up when we get home from football tonight

Did you catch those cats with your hands or did ya take the easy way out and use hooks & string

What are yall using out there for the hubrids.. Are you still trolling? or just hitting the drop offs

Mostly using live bait, cut bait for all the kitties. Today we just fished for hybrid



But the last few days we did a little of both. Catfished yesterday and caught our hybrid on cut shad

That was Charlie and Jay and my wife in the picture. One of Matt's party boat trips. We are on vacation this week so no special time off. If you guys or girls are looking for a great trip with a great guide give Matt a call. I have been out with him 9 times now and we have always caught fish. I think this was my 3rd party boat fishing trip with him and didn't know the others going out. All 3 times we got to meet and make new friends plus catch lot's of fish. I am up in the panhandle and really wanting to take my kids down there and keep them in fish. any pointers? I have only been on the lake once before. thanks in advance!

One of Matt's $75 a head party trips should work. Even two, you figure out what it costs to run down the road pulling a boat and then running all over a lake looking for fish and you flat out can not beat it.

It was a hoot fishing with you and Anita and the "SILENT FISHERMAN" Jay. Had a great time also, and it was nice finally putting a face to a fellow tff'er and also a neighbor. Hope to see you on the water again soon. I still think Anita was putting some kind of perfume on that bait as she out fished us all.

Those party trips are a blast! Meet new people or fill the boat with your own. Lots cheaper than pulling a boat and the fishing is always better on Matt's boat!
