Here is my first a few tube flies. The idea is to use them for Spanish macs and sharks Small baitfish for Spanish macs  Shark fly

Thanks The baitfish is about 2" The orange one is about 3.5"

Man, I really like that shark fly. Looks like a tequila sunrise. Now I'm thirsty. lol I've thought about tube flies a couple of times. I just don't see a good way to get the equipment in the house undetected. Do you fish these on a wire bite tippet?

Lol, I called the caddis fly shop in Oregon, the set me up pretty cheap and got me exactly what I needed to get started
But yes, Im going to try both marlin regular single stran wire and Tyger nylon coated wire
