Breckenridge park. There's a dam on Rowlett creek and lots of big carp below the dam. When I lived nearby, I caught them on wonder bread.

John 21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee.

yeah that's the pond i found them in, i notice they stay along the shallows eating the grass, should i just toss it shallow and wait or cast out, i've got a hair rig put together, with a small circle hook, i tested it out yesterday and caught catfish with it, so i know it works, just wondering about casting shallow or out, thanks

Twin Lakes would not be my first choice. I have seen a few koi, mainly on the North end of the South pond. LLELA has a few, but its only open on the weekends.

Try Rowlette creek at that park. I used to live there and there is a waterfall/dam at the far end of the park. Lots of big carp and catfish there.

Nevermind, got off my lazy [censored] and found it meself haha. Why is it that rowlett creek is so murky and odd smelling though? It's got this weird soapy odor and the waters always bluish green and murky. Any ideas why?

Because it's a creek and a lot of that is runoff.
