 Joe Pool Carp fly fishing. where to fish?

Im thinking about trying some fly fishing for carp this weekend.
Im close to Joe Pool. Ive seen carp at lynn creek marina
that people feed but I m pretty sure you cant fish for them
can you? Where are some spots to fish for carp on Joe pool.
Or I should say which areas and what to look for? Would the
stumps area be good all the way in the shallow end?

Loyd Park. Park at the "Jon Boat Launch" and work your way to the right (South).
