Gotta give a shout out to Ketchn on the Bluegill/Sunfish forum. Made these catfish tacos from his recepie and they are awesome!!!   Breaded and baked catfish strips, cole slaw mix, pico de gallo, thousand island dressing.

Man that sounds delicious. Try teriyaki sauce and onion soup mix on the grill. Pretty incredible also.

I should have posted a pic of the Philly cheese steak sangwich that I consumed tonight. If your in the south Arlington / Mansfield area I highly recommend Donnie's Hot Dog and Philly Steaks on Matlock. The owner is Victoria and she works there by herself. She is one seriously hard workin' woman! Cheese steaks are amazing along with the sweet potato fries! Victoria is just fun to be around. Eating there is a great experience. She said she gets lots of referrals from the TFF!
