 No power to sonic hub

I just hooked my hds9 to my sonic hub and I can't get the hub to turn on. I have the hub and the hds9 wired separately to the same battery. I have the yellow wake up wire from the hds 9 hooked to the yellow wire on the hub. I have the nema cable from the hds9 to the back bone and I have the nema cable from the hub hooked to the back bone. What am I doing wrong? the hds9 comes on fine just not the hub. No light or anything. Help, I'm going fishing saturday and would love to be able to use this. Thanks

Never mind, I didn't realize the nema network also needed to be hooked to the battery. Works great now!
