OK, guys it's that time of the year again and we're working hard behind the scenes to get the ducks in the row, but at least we can set the date and location. Once we get all the small details hammered out we'll do an official thread. September 28th, 2013

It's a little ways away but as of now I'm in +1 Josh, any idea at this point what will be on the menu? I am interested in lending a hand... Well give the estimated number of 150 we're looking at simplifying the menu to open the day's festivities to those who volunteer for the kitchen. So, hamburgers and hotdogs fit the bill nicely, and frankly (no pun intended) are still delicious.
