Amistad, Ivie or Alan Henry? Alan henry makes the list because I would be able to spend more time fishing. What do yall think?

Depends what you want to get out of your trip. I fish Alan Henry atleast twice a week, and the bite is decent right now, but its really hard to find fish over 18", but there still are a few 7's and 8's being caught every week. If you want to catch a ton on 10" spots then this is your lake, but if you're more interested in looking for big fish I would keep driving south to Ivie or Amistad. I haven't fished either of those lakes in a few months, but I'm sure some of the other guys that fish either of those frequently will chime in soon.
