Just curious how Cisco has been lately. Heard something about it coming up 14ft. Just curious how the water clarity is and how the ramps would be. If anyone has fished it drop a line here I might try it this week, thanks.

Lake is in great shape and water has good clarity in most of the lake. The back creeks are a little more off color but still about 2 feet of visibility. Fishing is hard. There is a thermocline? or debrie at the 15 foot level. I did not get a bite if I fished under the 15 foot mark. All I caught was two crappie on drop offs with rocky ledge. One little bass out in open water and I threw a horse head jig and caught the fish.
The "new water" as a lot of rotting weeds in it and the fish did not seem to be around the new stuff. I did not throw a jig into the trees up the creek, but it looked like there should be some fish there real soon.
I saw one boat come out of the creek early but did not talk to him. I was in a kayak and he kept going out to the main lake toward the damm.
I only saw about 1/3 of the lake in a four hour period. In a kayak you don't cover a lot of water.
There are floater in the lake so be careful. Most are above the water and can be seen as of last Saturday morning... Some were starting to sink in place and may be under the water real soon, but not sure about that, just a thought.
Good Luck,, and post up and let me know how you did... I gave you the best report I could for the time I was on the water... Thanks
